Due to continuous development, we are looking for a person to join the team as: Recruitment and Operations Coordinator. Role Description In this role, you'll be tasked with the recruitment and selection of candidates, providing care and coordination for our employees. You will also be responsible for arranging transportation for candidates, liaising with companies and agencies in Colombia, assisting in documentation and legalizing work, and translating documents and training material for employees.
