You will work as a Project Manager in CoC which is an integral part and service provider of ZFs Corporate Commodity Organization.In the targeted role you will lead the negotiation preparation and support for award management of key strategic projects - with all clusters, divisions and functions - independently.Your workplace will be located in Czestochowa, Gliwice, Warsaw, or another - with a hybrid working model. After a successful introduction, you will be able to take on further tasks, enhance purchasing expertise and knowledge of the local and global market trends for sourcing. What you can look forward to as Project Manager - CoC Awarding & Negotiation Management (m/f/d) Be an essential team-member of purchasing’s House of Competence & lead key projects within ZF’s awarding activities; Coordinate cross divisional teams to strengthen the sourcing possibilities and opportunities; Lead, develop and ensure initiative to improve front loading of sourcing pipeline and maximize awarding synergies; Lead negotiation and award management within Global Commodity Purchasing for key strategic projects - with all clusters & divisions independently; Identify and develop strategic supply negotiations & strategies with Commodity; Drive and track all execution related activities and safeguard target-achievement; Continuously enhance purchasing expertise and knowledge of the local and global market trends for sourcing. Your Profile as Project Manager - CoC Awarding & Negotiation Management (m/f/d) Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration with multiple years of experience in the automotive industry – preferably with prior experience in purchasing; Essential program management skills (time, resource & risk management) and experience in cross-disciplinary/cross divisional matrix management; Independent and result-oriented working style as well as high level of analytical ability to deal with unusual and complex issues, excellent communication skills; Change agent with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Proficient English skills (written and verbal) and willingness to travel.
