Energy Storage Project Manager

Sunly group’s mission is to ensure renewable energy security of supply in Poland and the Baltics, by developing solar and wind parks together with local communities. We also invest in electrification start-ups. Alseva has recently joined forces with Sunly, to boost solar, wind and storage investments in Poland. Alseva is a one-stop-shop for all things solar: development, design, engineering, procurement, construction, as well as operations and maintenance of PV systems. Together, we have over 16,000 MW solar, onshore and offshore wind projects in our pipeline.  We need your help to make it a reality! Requirements Managing the design and implementation of energy storage systems according to technical standards and applicable regulations Coordinate activities on the development of energy storage implementation projects (with particular emphasis on control systems and energy conversion systems) Participation in the development of the group's strategy for the development of large-scale energy storage facilities Preparing financial models for profitability analyses of energy storage projects along with estimating project risks Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers of components for the construction of large-scale energy storage and analyzing technical product solutions available on the market (energy storage, converters, substations) Coordinate project work and cooperate with other project teams in defining project requirements and preparing project schedules Coordination of activities with research and development units Analyze current changes in regulations, standards and applicable legislation related to the implementation of large-scale energy storage facilities Our expectations Requirements: University degree (preferred: electrical engineering, renewable energy sources) Experience in the electric power industry in a similar position Knowledge of the construction of energy storage, energy storage tanks and power electronic converters Knowledge of the Polish electricity market Knowledge of standards and regulations regarding the design of large-scale energy storage facilities Experience in the design of large-scale energy storage/RES sources Knowledge of English at a fluent level Independence, commitment and responsibility for performed duties Ability to work in a team and very good interpersonal skills We Offer What's in it for you:   Contribute to the growth of renewable energy and a sustainable future.
