Divisional VAVE, Projects & Business Excellence Lead.

Req ID Częstochowa PSS Eng&Glob.F, Poland In this global role, you will directly work with the VP Div R MM on interdisciplinary projects and activities to further develop Div R Materials Management with a strong focus on VAVE. What you can look forward to as Divisional VAVE, Projects & Business Excellence Lead • Coordinate and drive VAVE actions for Div R across all BUs; • Plan annual VAVE workshop schedule, track execution and monthly reporting; • Ensure set up and execution of 3 years rolling VAVE pipeline with BU VAVE leads; • Representing Div R in the ZF Group VAVE expert team; • Business Analytics for VAVE savings incl. input for OP planning; • Development of pre-SOP VAVE KPI and pipeline in alignment with Div R cross-functions; • Project Management of divisional MM projects; • Business excellence activities to optimize purchasing processes & the organization; • Facilitation of Div R Sourcing Meetings; • Directly reporting do VP Material Management Division R. Your Profile as Divisional VAVE, Projects & Business Excellence Lead • Degree as Bachelor of Engineering / Business Administration / or equivalent education; • Experience in purchasing / project management / manufacturing process improvement / Supplier Development or comparable; • Knowledge of Value Engineering / Value Analysis (VAVE); • Project management knowledge and experience (as team member / project leader); • Fluent English language skills (speaking and writing); • Ability to manage projects across cross-functional teams; • Ability to manage multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines; • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; • Good MS Office skills; • Good communication, analytic, strategic thinking, problem solving and self-starter skills; • Independent systematic work, strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, pro-active, creativity and ‘can-do’ attitude; • Ability to work in diverse global teams and for travelling.
