We're looking for a Performance Controller to join our team. This is a role in the governance function that oversees financial aspects and drives optimization of our IT departments activities. As the Performance Controller you'll be a link between IT, Corporate Controlling and Senior Management. Therefore it is important that your understand both worlds. You'll work closely with IT leaders to identify areas for enhancement, streamline processes, and improve overall capability. Your responsibilities will include financial KPI`s management within the IT department, profitability calculation, quality assurance, risk mitigation. Your responsibilities: Supporting Global IT Budget Planning & Strategic Planning (FP&A) Providing meaningful analysis of variances against budget/forecast for Senior Level Executives and Board Financial result analysis and review of its impact on IT strategy (bottom line surveillance) with communication of risks Developing, driving and monitoring new performance management targets & IT Performance KPIs Verifying and guiding the organization regarding profitability calculations Maintain effective relationship and communication with IT Directors and other stakeholders (Controlling team, Project managers, IT PMO, HR) to ensure adequate level of support and collaboration Identify and support implementation of process and control improvements Involvement in projects, as needed. Our requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finances, IT, Business Informatics (or in a related field).
