Analog Devices currently produces a wide range of innovative products - including data converters, amplifiers and linear products, radio frequency (RF) ICs, power management products, sensors based on microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) technology and other sensors, and processing products, including DSP and other processors - that are designed to meet the needs of our broad base of customers.We are looking for an Account Manager with a solid technical background that is result-driven and an active Team player that will ultimately bring value to ADI organization.Key responsibilities of the role:Be the primary point and contact and responsible for keeping current customers satisfied while delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basisBuild up strategic and durable partnerships with our key customers in the regionDevelopment of ADI business at all regional customers in Eastern EuropeIdentification and management of new business opportunities/new customers/startups for ADI and bring them to winUnderstanding customers’ objectives and requirements and anticipating their challengesLeverage on ADI’s solutions value by positioning our products, demonstrating evaluation systems/boards and generating new upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesBe a pro-active member of the Sales Team and build a strong internal network within ADIEffectively articulate and communicate customers’ needs back into the organizationVisit customers on a regular basis, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunitiesSupport internal marketing and product definition teams collecting and summarizing requirements and market trends for specific end applicationsKeep up to date with latest ADI technologies, products and trendsCo-operate with the Sales Team ensuring sales KPIs are timely met, sharing knowledge on trends, growth/lost business, upsell/cross-sell opportunities and providing actionable recommendations for improvementsQualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification5+ years sales experience demonstrating success to date with strong selling, negotiating and business planning skillsExperience in the semiconductor market and in solution selling Experience in technology sales and working with distribution partnersHighly motivated, energetic and positive attitude requiredTeam player and ability to adapt to changing situationsSelf-motivating and taking initiativeExcellent communication and presentation skillsExcellent relationship building skillsProficiency in Polish and English language, other Eastern EU Languages nice to haveWillingness to travel 3 to 4 days a weekFull clean driving license and passport#LI-CO1Job Req Type: ExperiencedRequired Travel: Yes, 75% of the timeShift Type: 1st Shift/Days
