Manager, Product Transfer Miejsce pracy: Skawina Your responsibilities Lead project, stakeholder, and people management efforts, ensuring successful delivery within quality, time, and cost constraints. Collaborate cross-functionally to align with divisional objectives and contribute to the development of new products. Develop skills matrix and provide training and coaching to team members to enhance technical proficiency and teamwork. Provide direction and support to overcome challenges, facilitate issue resolution, and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards. Identify, hire, and manage contract SMEs to validate and release new processes/equipment in line with company standards. Our requirements Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline required. 10-12 years of engineering experience in regulated manufacturing environments. 3-5 years of leadership experience or significant project management expertise. Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. Proven ability to coach and mentor individuals for technical and professional development. Experience in new product introduction within regulated environments preferred. Proficiency in project management tools and analytical techniques. Knowledge of GD&T, statistical methods, and product validations is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office suite.
