You can recognize our group from such great services as MailerLite and MessageFlow. We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager   with a specialization in B2B sales to join the MessageFlow team. As a Sales Team member, you will play a pivotal role in the process of acquiring and maintaining customers, and representing the company. We will provide you with ongoing support, guidance, and assistance in your career development. The initial weeks will serve as an onboarding period during which you will get to know our service and the entire company. You will also receive support from other departments. This is also the time when we will provide you with necessary training. We're looking for: Experience in selling B2B SaaS services  in medium and large enterprises Ability to recognize customer needs  Ability to conduct video conferences with ease Knowledge of or a passion for the industries of new technologies, telecommunications, and e-commerce Focus on building a network of contacts during conferences and trade shows Feels comfortable with proactive sales and initiating the first contact with the client Prioritizing long-term relationships and knowing how to maintain contact after the sale Goal-oriented and task-driven mindset Independence in work and taking initiative Excellent English skills Focusing on the development of competences in the field of foreign sales. Your tasks will include: Independently achieving sales targets. Building the company's image. Cultivating long-term business relationships with clients. Representing the company at conferences. Working on acquired leads. Market segmentation preparation and identifying new opportunities for clients. Providing support to companies from initial contact, through consultancy, to contract signing and post-sales communication. Working with and expanding the CRM customer database. Preparing offers and conducting presentations during online meetings for medium and large businesses.
