Group IT Security Manager

Our client is Europe's largest independent manufacturer of automotive spare parts, and we are the only one in the industry that can supply eight different product groups.   Your key responsibilities will be: Lead the development and implementation of advanced information security strategies and roadmap on the Group level. Design and implement robust information security policies and procedures, safety measures and data recovery plans. Conducting regular security audits and assessments to identify weaknesses or gaps in the company’s security posture. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Leading and coordinating the response to security incidents, conducting investigations, and implementing measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the IT organization to integrate IT security into our operations. Extend employee awareness in the range of information security subjects. Developing and delivering security awareness programs and training sessions to educate employees about potential security risks, safe computing practices, and data protection measures.   Our requirements:  We are looking for IT Security professional with a proven track record of fortifying digital landscapes, develop, implement, and maintain of security systems. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing and enhancing our cybersecurity posture. We require strategic insights and battle-tested experience to play a key role in ensuring the resilience of our digital infrastructure. If you are also a problem-solver and have good cooperation skills, we’d like to meet you. You will be a part of the international IT organisation, that is spread across all our branches in Europe.
