Alongside this growth, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join us by the end of the year. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team. Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Lead the technical direction of the team, focusing on system design and tech lead management. Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of Smart Courier services, ensuring alignment with modernization efforts within the Shipping Platform domain. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business product owners, and the team’s product manager to drive the project delivery and the team’s agile processes. Champion the modernization and containerization of PHP systems. Manage the transition from legacy systems to modern technologies, navigating challenges while maintaining project delivery standards. QualificationsRequirements: Proficiency in PHP modernization and containerization, with familiarity in JavaScript for backend and/or frontend development. Strong project ownership and delivery skills, with the ability to build trust and manage stakeholders effectively. Previous experience in a technical leadership role, 7+ overall experience and 1-2 years of people management. Hands-on approach to technical tasks 50/50, with a focus on system design and modernization efforts. Nice-to-have Skills: Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Java. Additional InformationWhy Join InPost Group?  Opportunity to work in a diverse, international and cross-functional environment, along with leading experts. Fulfilling careers with a range of benefits for employees and invests in providing training opportunities for their development. Involve in technology monitoring and choices Your software will be used by millions of users, making a significant difference in their lives
