As Procurement team in Poland is growing we're looking for a person willing to join us on position of Senior Procurement Manager specialized in Corporate Services. What will you be doing? Take responsibility for end-to-end procurement processes for several different spend segments/markets (e.g., Consulting, Communication, Finance, HR-Services). Prepare and execute global procurement strategies for all spend segments/markets in alignment with Head of Indirect Spend, Head of Procurement and BU/Function targets Build strong relationships with key vendors and negotiate favorable contract terms. Initiate and lead major sourcing projects generating cost reductions and drive complex RFP processes. Continuously monitor sourcing market, analyse spend data to identify opportunities for cost reductions. Work closely with the top management, key internal stakeholders, and Finance and Legal to understand business needs. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant field (engineering degree would be an asset). Min. 5 years of experience in procurement ideally in area of Corporate Services Ability to maintain stakeholder engagement Data analysis skills Strong negotiations skills Highly developed change management Language skills: Corporate language: English C1 German or French would be an asset What’s in it for you?
