Optional, ITILOperating system, WindowsAbout the project, As the Procurement Tools and Systems Expert you will be responsible for the delivery of training and support to the end users of our global e-Procurement platform. You will support the Functional Lead on continuous improvement and will involve modules covering supplier onboarding, contracting and spend analytics. In addition, you will be playing a key role in driving system usage and introducing new ways of working to enable ROCKWOOL’s procurement team to become best in class.Your responsibilities, Act as a second-line support for the system ensuring daily operations run as expected, Provide end-user support, troubleshooting and incident management, Develop user guides, training materials, and documentation, Delivering training sessions to end users, Review and analyse system data for accuracy and functionality, Conduct data maintenance, trend analysis, and system usage promotion1 years in a system support role, Experience of e-procurement systems or procurement processes is essential, Experience in creation, implementation and delivery of training programs and user documentation, Stakeholder management experience, Process-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, Organized and meticulous approach ensuring attention to detailOptional, Knowledge of ITIL would be desirable but not essentialWhat we offer, By joining our team, you become a part of the people-centric work environment of a Danish company.
