ENGIE Zielona Energia Sp. z o.o.is looking for a person for position: Project Manager (PV, wind farms) Location: Katowice, Poland Responsibilities: • Leading large-scale RES projects (photovoltaic, wind, BESS) from the final development stage to handing over the facility to the operations department. Preparing project budgets, schedules, implementation plans, • Selection of main components and technical assumptions for implemented projects, • Participation in the preparation of technical specifications for new wind, photovoltaic, and energy storage projects, • Participation in the contractor selection process: supporting the purchasing department, reviewing bids, participating in contract negotiations, • Coordination of investor deliveries, • Verification of documentation prepared by the contractor during contract execution, • Verification of project progress and quality of work performed in cooperation with the Construction Manager, • Cooperation with the contract engineer and their inspectors during project implementation, • Cooperation with the ENGIE group in terms of reporting, consultations, collaboration with departments: Engineering, Quality, Projects, Procurement, • Collaboration with Development and Production departments as substantive support for projects in the stages from conception to implementation. Our expectations: • Higher education in energy, electrical, civil engineering, or related field, • SEP E and D qualifications, • Knowledge of construction and implementation of RES projects (photovoltaic and wind) as well as low/medium/high voltage electrical equipment, • Experience in implementing large-scale wind and PV projects • Over 5 years of experience in a similar position in energy, mining, industrial engineering, and construction environment: preferably in the wind energy, photovoltaic, or renewable energy industry, construction, or conventional energy sector, • Ability to read project plans, electrical diagrams, technical documentation, • Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, PV Syst, Helios 3D, PV Design, MS Projects, MS Office suite, • Willingness to travel domestically for business trips, • Ability to actively solve problems, • Fluent in Polish, • Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication, • Construction permits in design and execution scope are desirable.
