Job DescriptionManage the service delivery of 50+ two-level organization on day-to-day basis, within defined budgets and in accordance with relevant Service Level Agreements and quality standardsEnsure process compliance with Group Business Process ModelEnsure processes and operating procedures are clearly defined, documented and up-to-dateMonitor the performance of staff against agreed objectives, taking improvement actions where appropriateDesign and implement continuous improvement culture within the Department to realize business objectives and deliver cost efficient and effective processImplement internal control framework for processes in scopeProvide Senior Management with regular performance reportingBe „face to the customer“ and manage relations with European Eurofins entitiesCreate friendly working environment which will attract and retain TalentsSupport the ongoing Transition projectsQualificationsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing large teams, preferably in BPO/SSC environmentStrong financial domain knowledge (OtC)Experience in managing performance against Service Level AgreementsExperience in managing relation with customers (internal or external)Ability to work and adopt to dynamic environmentMaster Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalentFluent English (written and spoken)High level of energy, drive and passionStrong stakeholder management and presentation skillsAdditional InformationWhat we offer:Possibility to develop yours careerInternational and creative work environmentPossibility to build processes and standardsAnnual bonusFlexible working hours and hybrid work modelAttractive package of benefits: private medical care, group life insurance, MyBenefit system, Multisport cardWe support your development! Do you feel you don’t match 100% of the requirements?
