Contact potential leads via email, social media, cold calling. Introduce X-ONE as a company to potential customers. Proactively search for new business opportunities within the target account list and contribute to market expansion activities. Lead qualification calls with new prospects, scheduling meetings between potential customers and X-ONE Sales Team when appropriate. Actively prospecting new clients in the market interested in leveraging AI tools to enhance their businesses. Requirements: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and with customer management systems. Interest in AI technologies. Willingness to use AI tools. Our Recruitment Process: Initial Contact: If your resume stands out, expect a call from us to arrange your interview. Team Interview (30 minutes): Dive into a discussion with your potential colleagues: Magda, our Marketing Specialist, who you will be working with closely, and Justyna our Sales Manager who will be your mentor. This is an opportunity for both sides to talk about working dynamics and your role within the team. Leadership Meeting (30 to 90 minutes): If the team interview goes well, you'll then have a session with our board members, Dawid and Waldemar. This meeting is designed for mutual understanding and alignment, ensuring we share the same values and vision. Important information:  At the beginning of work we would like to get to know you better and give you a chance to integrate with the team, so the first 3 months are fully on-site.
