As a QA Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the quality assurance process for our games, from initial concept to final release. You will lead a team of QA specialists, establishing strategies and best practices and collaborate closely with the Tech Department Leads to build a sustainable and quality oriented workflow.     Responsibilities: Build and  manage a team of 20+ QA specialists. Develop and implement QA processes, standards and methodologies Make sure whether all the company/products standards are met and review thoroughly the existing policies and standards Plan and prioritize application testing based on project timelines, requirements and risks Closely cooperate with Tech Leads to build sustainable workflows and enable support of the QA department early in the pipeline Overseeing automated tests and structure the QA department in order to support automation engineers in creating efficient and complete tests Participate in the recruitment process of QA testers Identify training requirements to improve production quality Monitor and analyze test results and defect reports, tracking issues through resolution and providing regular updates to stakeholders Establish and maintain relationships with external testing partners and vendors, coordinating outsourced testing activities if necessary   Professional Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA with a focus on the gaming industry Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership position Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and agile workflow Strong leadership skills Resilience to stress and openness to new directions and challenges. Attention to detail, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technical skills.
