A deep understanding of the intricacies of regulatory or financial reporting, including capital, liquidity, RWAs, ARB, FINREP, and knowledge of ECB reporting standards. Expertise in control roles, designing frameworks for risk processes, and ensuring robust control environments. Demonstrated ability to engage with various bank stakeholders to drive desired project oues and process improvements. A keen eye for detail and quality statistical skills to analyse trends and interpret numeric data effectively. Proactive in adapting to new regulations, implementing changes, and enhancing the efficiency of existing processes over time.
