Business Development Manager Miejsce pracy: Katowice Recruitment for Our client is an international organization specializing in pooling solutions that support sustainable development. Your responsibilities Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to secure business, analyzing their supply chains, identifying inefficiencies, and presenting tailored solutions. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential customers and gaps in the market that the company can address. Provide essential information for upcoming tenders and proposals, including pricing, risk assessment, and volume projections. Perform value chain analysis for prospective clients, understanding their needs and how services can create maximum value. Serve as a representative of the company, promoting a circular business model and advocating for the elimination of single-use packaging. Actively engage with industry associations and organizations to stay informed and network effectively. Independently pursue and manage customer opportunities within a collaborative team environment. Interpret and address customer requirements, buying patterns, and influencers to tailor offerings effectively. Deliver annual sales targets for the Polish market. Cultivate strong relationships across various levels of client organizations. Represent the company at local and international trade shows and conferences. Employer requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in sales management within service industries such as retail, packaging, supply chain, or fresh produce. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Several years of experience in commercial or sales roles. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of fresh food categories, supply chains, packaging, pooling, or retail is advantageous. Fluent in English and Polish, with proficiency in other European languages considered a plus. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to quickly understand customer needs and effectively respond to them.
