Senior UX Product Designer

To understand more about us, please visit https://www.sea.live/ The role Lead the creation and evolution of a comprehensive design system tailored for our Maritime SaaS solutions. Establish and maintain design patterns, components, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all product interfaces. Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including design specifications, guidelines, and documentation for developers to implement design components seamlessly. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing design solutions. Apply and develop design thinking principles, methodology and practice to deliver value. Collaboration with other UX Designers across product teams Skills and experience Experience creating design system for within larger organisations. Excellent understanding of best practices on SaaS functionalities. Experience working as UX or Product Designer within small product teams collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering Experience as designer in B2B enterprise workflow for creating software would be preferable Good understanding of UX and service design methods and experience collaborating with other UX designers across product teams What can you expect from us?
