Workforce & Planning Manager Miejsce pracy: Magnice (pow. wrocławski) Your responsibilities Production of analyses and reports for business needs and presentation of results, team management. Provide conclusions, recommendations and directions to support business decisions. Improving and automating data collection and processing processes. Communication regarding the use of reports and building user knowledge in this area. Monitoring the correct flow of data between systems, overseeing transport operations, overseeing forecasting and reporting. Close co-operation with customers. Performing other activities ordered by the supervisor that are in relation to the work and within the Employee's qualifications and entitlements. Responsibility for the area of temporary work. Managing a team of employees. Our requirements Experience of working with data analysis: Knowledge of tools to visualize data, ability to automate reporting. Experience in a position related to managing a team of employees and external customer service. Knowledge and skills in supporting warehouse and logistics processes. English knowledge (min B2). Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel). Ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of: Qlicksense, Qlickview, Microsoft power BI, Power Query, SQL, Grafana is desirable.
