VIE Power platform & RPA Developer

Your position and environment?  Our Faurecia Seating Business Group is looking for you as a Power Platform & RPA developer VIE (m/f/d) located in the R&D center in Grojec (Warsaw), Poland Overall responsibilities and duties: Be a key actor in the definition of digital transformation strategy at Forvia Assess possible processes to digitalise working closely with the various departments & domains of R&D Develop or lead a team of developers to implement digital solutions Provides clear Business case studies and Analytics Interfaceing with IT departments for infrastructure architect on Azure cloud based solutions Supports long-term citizen development adoption Is a Power Platform technical expert with internal users and partners Maintains deep technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market and technology trends and competitive insights, and shares within the technical community Respects all relevant architecture governance, policies, and standards to develop and maintain applications aligned with user needs Reviews designs to ensure they align to agreed standards and promotes the use of re-usable assets Maintains and manages knowledge bases for Power Platform and shares with the Power Platform community Qualifications : Qualifications and Education Requirements bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field Advanced Knowledge in Low/No Code development (Power Platform: PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, PowerVirtualAgents) Technical Knowledge in Office products related to Collaborative scope (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, admin console) Experience Proven experience with Canvas Apps including Building pages/navigation/formulas, using connectors & flows Proven experience with Power Automate understanding of best practices and limitations Proven experience in solutions full lifecycle management from requirements gathering through to implementation and maintenance operations Experience working with RPA tools like UiPath Studio, Power Automate etc. Experience in working with UiPath Orchestrator Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Basics of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Soft skills Fluent in English Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prepare and present solution to users and management Comfortable with working in large and distributed team environments Good teamwork skills Strong customer/stakeholder focus Ability to build relationships with cross functional IT and global/local IT teams Fast learner and self-organizing mindset Curiosity for technology trends
