Description Internal/External job posting descriptionYour future challengesCarrier Management team Support on administrative tasks and daily operations tasksActive participation in preparing transport tenders, monitoring and negotiations of transporters’ offers placed on regular tendersTransport Providers support: issues and queries (TMS, billing, access to transport auction toll, any other transporters queries that requires research to resolve.Transport tenders – support and loading data into TMS.Incident Management with Rates and Routing Guides: expiring Rates/RGs, stop working, creating new allocations, research required to resolve.Maintenance of system data: clean ups, weekly monitoring of basic KPIs and control.Finance Scorecard: check Carrier Management’s indicators and act to resolve outstanding issuesWho are we looking for? Open minded candidate with Logistics / Transport Management background or proven experienceAbility to work with problem solving attitudeGood written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsAnalytical skills with attention to detailsGood communication and organizational skillsHigh motivation and openness to learnFluent Polish and English requiredWhat do we offer?
