This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to managing employment contracts, overseeing health and life insurance programs, handling reports, collecting, organizing, verifying, and processing HR and regulatory data.RequirementsProficiency in German and EnglishMinimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.knowledge of HR processes and operations.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Effective communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in HR documentation.Proactive problem-solving skills.Team player with a collaborative mindset.Adaptable to a dynamic work environment.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related will be a plusResponsibilitiesAdminister HR data in the company's information systems.Prepare reports and analyses for HR initiatives.Provide administrative support for the HR Center of Excellence.Execute training and development plans.Support the performance management cycle.Update employee documentation regarding changes in the employee lifecycle.Enforce HR policies throughout the organization.Offer front-line HR advisory support to employees.Monitor labor laws and adjust internal policies as needed.Provide support to the Payroll Coordinator as required.The offerHighly dynamic work environment.
