Team Leader | Finance Managed Services Miejsce pracy: Lublin Your responsibilities Independently lead a team of 10 - 15 accountants - monitor and manage the workload and daily operations within the team, Monitor target achievement and acting on potential breaches, escalating operational issues affecting the supervised team. Ensuring all policies, procedures and guidelines are followed by team members, Take an active role in development, recruitment and retention of people - coaching and motivating, Share knowledge and best practices with other Team Leaders, Monitoring performance, seeking and rewarding high performers, Fostering high performing culture and values of the Accountants Team. Our requirements More than two years of experience managing a team, At least 5 years of accounting experience, Knowledge and experience using performance management tools and motivation techniques, Fluency in English and one of the other European languages (f.ex. German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese), Excellent communication skills, including client communication, Strong planning, time management and organizational skills. Optional Experience in maintaining external accounting for a variety of clients, Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
