Your Responsibilities: Support in the daily functioning of the HR department and its responsibilities Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Operations Manager Collaborate with the team to produce standard employee documents and letters in a timely, efficient and accurate manner Support the company-wide onboarding of new employees, ensuring all steps and procedures are completed accurately and on time Prepare and update employee documentation to keep it current and compliant Provide support to the payroll department in compiling monthly requirements and payroll administrator inputs Support in administering changes to employment conditions, including promotions, demotions and salary/benefit changes, Cooperation with department managers and employees to prepare employee documentation, documentation of changes and ensure obtaining appropriate consents Bring ideas for technology innovation and automation to help grow and digitalize the HR processes Our expectations: higher education in law or HR management or related fields good knowledge of spoken and written English, daily communication in English knowledge of Polish Labour Law regulations good knowledge of MsOffice, especially MsExcel meticulousness, good organization, reliability knowledge of the Enova program preferred Working Environment: Office-based, Monday to Friday in Radom, Poland.
