Within the B. Braun Group we are searching candidates to be employed in the position of HR Digitalization Specialist in the new HR Shared Service Center in Poznań, Poland. In this role you will be a part of B. Braun’s new Human Resources Shared Service Center organization, and provide support to our employees, colleagues and managers all over the world. The HR Digitalization Specialist solves queries which require specific system and HR processes knowledge. HR Digitalization Specialist focuses on administrational / system tasks in e-file and automated HR document generation functional areas. Duties and responsibilities Promotes efficient and effective service delivery of digital document management by solving complex inquiries that require specific system and HR processes knowledge, Provides timely, accurate and value-adding answers to complex HR-related local or global queries from employees and business managers across digital documents management, automated document generation, e-file system administration etc., Ensures contact with the system provider and system (key) users to develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of the designated solutions and policies, Support system configuration and system maintenance, Delivers specific training to HR and business unit / HR SSC Colleagues, Co-creates system manuals, instructions and guidelines for different users, Shares information with relevant Colleagues (e.g. Front Office, Teamlead), Interprets policy and solves problems, Works closely with HR Services Team, system provider, local HR and business teams, Is proactively involved in cross-departmental teams and projects, Supports HR projects within the SSC, for example, identifying past trends in the SSC in order to recommend improvements, Supports in continuous improvement, Proactively involved in cross-departmental teams and projects. Professional competencies Bachelor’s degree required, 2- 4 years of HR experience required, preferably in e-file and automated HR document generation functional areas of expertise (SSC experience desirable), Fluency in English required, Fluency in other major languages, e.g. German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Malay, Japanese preferred, Detailed and Extensive knowledge of Document management and document creation systems, Excellent customer service skills, Experience with HR Cloud Systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, HR Policies and HR Processes preferred.
