RWE Renewables Poland Sp. z o.oTo start as soon as possible, full time, permanentFunctional area: Project Development Provide expert development support in the area of environmental permitting, zoning, building permits, grid connection, process and document management to the Polish PV and Wind Onshore development teams. Support delivery of solar PV, wind onshore and storage projects in Poland. Contribute to the mid and long-term EU wind onshore, solar PV & storage view, specifically the country/s contribution to the cluster and finally to the EU strategy.Your future plans:Leading and growing of the Development Support team in Poland. Grow the team through recruitments and proper onboarding according to approved FTE levels. Manage personal development of team members.Manage the integration of the joined RWE & AS development teams. Implement integrated structures and processes across three technologies: PV, storage and wind onshore.Drive and implement change via the Green Engine Project as well as other initiatives in order to continuously improve efficiency and deliverability of PV and wind onshore projects in Poland.Support implementation of innovative projects, including setting up of small grid operating entities, cable pooling, hybrid development of PV/wind/storage, project clustering for TSO level connections as well as direct line connections in close cooperation with the relevant support functions.Deliver results on time and on budget as requested by the relevant business functions in the area ofEnvironmental application, process & decisionsGrid connection applications and grid connection agreementsZoning decisions and zoning plansBuilding permitsRES Auctions prequalification and bid submissionsGIS analysisProcess management and reportingDesign, implement and continuously improve an integrated development process for PL development in alignment with group initiatives, tools and standards.Design, implement and continuously improve an integrated reporting framework in alignment with group initiatives, tools and standards.Contribute to the Cluster and EU onshore strategy elaborating the mid and long-term plans for development support activities.Internal stakeholders - support and close cooperation with the origination, PV, wind teams, key accounts managers for external developers as well as relevant support functions and other internal stakeholders in an international environmentManaging the development support budget.External stakeholder management - secure obtaining relevant information concerning regulations, market trends & conditions, competitors etc. Active participation and representation of RWE interests in key technology events such as conferences & fairs.Building up and developing team of experts in the respective support functions.Understanding the renewables business environment in PolandStaying well informed regarding the regulatory and market conditions for PV & storage in Poland through internal regulatory updates, internal and external legal support, access to industry news and channels, relevant associations etc. Your profile:Deep knowledge of the Renewable Energy Sector in Poland.At least 5 years of experience within the renewables market in Poland, preferably within the field of project origination and development.Understanding of technical and commercial correlations influencing project profitability.Ability to identify and develop mitigation of key drivers impacting wind onshore, PV & storage development process. Proven experience in leading teams - ability to lead and motivate development teams.Excellent communication skills. Ability to work within a matrix management structure.Willingness to travel.Languages: Fluent Polish and English mandatory, additional languages an advantage
