Supply Chain Specialist with French

B1) At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics Experience with SAP Analytical skills Customer orientation and proactive approach Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Handling multi and ad-hoc tasks Bachelor’s degree Very good teamwork Responsibilities: Missing parts management: Plan & Schedule the purchase & arrival of parts to assure the parts arrive on time. Manual PO Placement Collaboration with suppliers: Track and follow up open orders with suppliers via weekly reporting & supplier’s collaboration platform. Standard Parts Stock Transfer - internal part relocations between plants Dispute Management: to solve reception and technical issues post item reception. Managing stock parameters in the system and setting the corrective actions if needed Communication with the Production to give visibility on the situations Stock level management in SAP system: stock optimization Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers, and co-workers.
