Learn more about Griffith Foods on www.griffithfoods.com The purpose of the role As a Junior R&D Account Executive, you will manage the customer relationship with Griffith Foods to create partnerships with relevant customer stakeholders and drive culinary innovation. You will exchange relevant information with internal stakeholders to service the external customer in the best way, including: Management of project pipelines in CRM (input, feedback, closing off projects) in the food industry Direct management of a few well-selected medium-sized accounts/customers Providing support to the R&D team as required in administrative and application tasks (apply ingredients Griffith Foods in snacks, meat and plant-based products in our culinary kitchen to demo to key customers) Preparation of presentations and innovative workshops for customers in cooperation with the commercial team Internal evaluation of new developed products with the commercial team and/or the customer Preparation and adjustment of forecasts of key customers Providing administrative support (sampling, supplier contacts, CRM input, etc)Helping to resolve any supply or quality issues that may ariseStock and sample management Contributing to daily activities in the Polish office & Culinary Centre Proactively and visibly support the Health and Safety standards, rules and regulations of the organisation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Food Technology/Science or relevant food industry experience Good analytical, interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills Can work independently in an international environment Fluency in English & Polish Proficiency in PC usage & MS Office No food or contact allergies, as frequent contact with food products is required.Since there is frequent contact with food products, it is essential not to have any food or contact allergies Passion for food or culinary expertise is a definite plus showcasing your enthusiasm for the industry and its innovationsValid driver's license Working at Griffith Foods We are a caring family company where everyone has the opportunity to grow, follow their own personal Purpose and find fulfillment in their work.
