As a Project Manager for the customers based in the UK, Ireland and Netherlands regions, you will deliver solutions that meet the customer requirements and Thales commitments. Your role will directly contribute to internal and external customer satisfaction, which is key for business growth.Key responsibilities:Managing several projects providing financial institutions with a range of payment products and associated services;Ensuring you provide excellent Project Management by meeting deadlines and leading the interactions with the customer;Using a number of tools and documents to provide both Thales and external stakeholders with updates on how the project is progressing and keeping project governance up to date;Writing specifications and raising requests with internal departments/teams within the company, such as software development, production and industrialization;Identify and manage any risks and issues on the project and their related actions plans;Reviewing and managing any additional changes to the original project scope and identifying any new business opportunities.Our requirements: To succeed at this job, you must have a strong project management experience, preferably in software development / service operation industries.You must be fluent in English, written and spoken.We are looking for someone who has the ability to learn the product and services and to work autonomously, to build a project plan, monitor the progress and status, manage the customer relationship, and project costs.We would like someone to join the team who is a problem solver, enthusiastic, able to inspire a shared vision and a strong communicator.Experience of communicating with different stakeholders and levels of management is important also.It would be preferred if you have a certification in PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner and Microsoft Projects experience.We are looking for someone with experience of writing of technical specifications, identification of risks, management of mitigations and solutions, involved in continuous improvement.What we can offer:A culture of collaboration, mutual respect and diversity.Tasks and projects providing growth opportunities in a motivating work environment.Employment (based on employment contract) in a company with a long history in innovation and technology.Annual bonus.Possibility to work in a hybrid model, partially from home, partially from our modern office located in Tczew, near to Gdańsk.Commute allowance and free parking space for employees.Employee referral program.Private medical care co-funded by the company, life insurance, social fund, canteen, charity and social events.At Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
