Ensuring successful execution of the facilities capital program which can include multiple projects with varying scope, timelines and capital expenditures. Developing and managing the overall facility capital budget.  Ensuring that all engineering aspects of projects as well as associated documentation are in compliance with local and Colgate QIT, legal and EOHS regulations.  Managing project viability, project schedule adherence, project cost containment, technology transfer and corporate EOHS and Quality standards compliance.   Leading the implementation of the Plant Automation Strategy Building relationships with R&D, Division and Subsidiary business and Supply Chain management, Global Product Supply Engineering, Global Packaging, Quality and EOHS departments, as well as outside consultants and suppliers to ensure the business and technical objectives of all projects are satisfied. Responsibility for Facility Management - ensuring that buildings and services are available for company employees, inspecting and repairing electrical and plumbing systems, ensuring adequate food and vending services.     Candidate’s  profile:   BS Degree in Engineering; MS in a technical field or MBA would be an advantage. 8-12 yrs experience in project management/engineering. Strong analytical skills. Strongly focused on innovation, automation and digitalization. English proficiency enables easy communication at a fluent level.
