Sales Account Manager EMEA

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Account Manager for our Sochaczew site to be part of the commercial team, helping grow the sales, margin, and market share in the EMEA region.The role will require a regular travel, particularly internationally (50/60% of the time). Your responsibilities: Ensure the management of international customers, entrusted to you with a vision of their activity and their projects Build healthy and long-lasting commercial relationships with dedicated clients and participate in trade fairs Ensure the monitoring of projects and their coordination both internally at MCPP and within client structures. Use and company's different know-how for the development of new products and customers. Identify customer needs, analyze their problems and seek appropriate solutions with the R&D and the research laboratory, in order to identify new opportunities and capture new business by being proactive. Estimate the potential turnover/volumes/margin per customer of new developments. Identify key prospects with the best potential for success. In relation with the company's various departments, sell and build tailor-made offers in an advice and value approach, ensuring the good profitability of price offers and leading commercial negotiations. Your qualifications and skills: We are looking for a commercial profile but with a strong technical dimension on products, with training in mechanical, materials or plastics engineering Profile demonstrating experience in plastics industry, ideally in products such as rubber, plastic and coating materials.
