Job Description :Field Sales Manager Poland (f/m/x)in Royal Canin, Sales DepartmentLocation: PolandThe PSR (Pet Specialized Retailing) Field Sales Manager is responsible to guarantee the achievement of all quantitative and quantitative targets in the Polish PSR Physical Stores by defining the right tactics & strategy to secure the perfect deployment of the Royal Canin OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures). The role is responsible for tactical deployment and being strategical lead for defined channel in the independent market. The Field Sales Manager will actively contribute to the PSR Polish Team successes by demonstrating strong Stakeholders management, focusing & deploying with excellence the RC regional & cluster strategy, Perfect Store and SRM strategy.What will be your key responsibilities? Be responsible to secure the right efficient store coverage through a continuously updated classification to drive optimized prioritization in term of frequency of visit & number of stores visited per day & proper resources allocation. Being responsible for quality collaboration & negotiation with all Local chains.Drive perfect store deployment with an excellence in execution mindset & a continuous improvement behavior. Supporting perfect store deployment through active usage of Set 2 Sell in term of data input & actions outcomes. Based on data & insights actively propose and manage the change of Trade Terms.Create customer centric culture and focus on how to drive recommendation from business partners based on regular review of customer potential, Trade Terms negotiations and TP%/couponing investments. Build strategic plans for individual TOP customers & use Joint Business Model to formalize them.Secure promotion & activation optimal store participation such as numerical distribution of the SPT ranges from the picture of success.Implement clear reporting process to track Poland Field sales team and individual performances on key leading activities targets. React on time to correct performance trends & support Poland to achieve plan & target.Own SIP definition; target setting; process & governance respect with accurate and precise data input & output.Secure full integrated SRM governance procedure respect. Defining ways of working for store QTT pay out; QTT validation; Instore mystery shopper check & SR discipline. Increase level of SRM governance by managing level of Investment coming from TT% , TP% & Couponing.Create clear field reports to address instore reality for Royal Canin such as competition understanding creating trust and transparency with proactive behavior.Manage the allocated budget (A&P & Overheads) to meet the yearly operational business plans.Secure active participation to the S&OP process: DMR process owning his/her forecast on all KPI’s: Val; Vol; NS/T; TPR%; customer and segment growth with a continuous close the gap mindset & a strong proactive behavior anticipating potential R&Opps & bringing tangible mitigation plans.Ensure regular internal and external (written & spoken) communication to secure proper strategy implementation and stakeholders management.Manage the sales team engagement by creating a Poland Field Team mindset throughout the Mars & Royal Canin.Develop the sales associates using the right feedback culture; practicing recurrent field coaching visit such as securing proper level of education across the key projects to drive: category story; perfect store; S2S; SRM programs;Drive yearly development process according to Mars recommendation and based on outcomes provide evaluation & feedback to direct reports.Improve ways of working by introducing 'best practices' and maintaining high level of individual /team performanceSecure the creation of a high performing teamWhat are we looking for? Master’s degree, preferably in the area of business management and/or marketingDriving license (B category)Min. 4 years people management experience in sales (experience in Marketing would be beneficial)Proven track record in development and engagement of associates and a teamStrong analytical skills: work with data to provide insights and bring insights into actionEssential MS office skills (excel, power point)Strong communication skills in Polish and English languageWhat can you expect from Mars?
