Objective : Business Development Managers prime responsibility is to represent the full range of existing and new services, achieving strategic objectives set forth by management to sustain company's growth and manage our Business Development Team members to reach the highest sales targets. Responsibilities: Develop geographical and business expansion strategy. Develop and manage sales strategy & territory plans to exceed periodical sales targets. Manage and lead regional business development activities to generate new revenue. Management of the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to closing. Follow-up on all leads, developing ongoing relationships with prospects to position Future Group as he vendor of choice when an opportunity arises. Collaborate with the marketing, project management and operations to deliver a complete customer experience. Research and analyze industries in order to identify new business opportunities. Attend industry conferences and specialized networking events. Provide regular reports on all aspects of activity. Main Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience working as a sales professional in the localization industry (experience in cold calling, B2B corporate meetings, and sales negotiations is a must). Eastern Europe based is a must. Experience leading diversified team members to hit sales targets University College degree. Languages : Fluent English is a must. Sales life cycle experience from lead generation through business closing. Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Superb problem solving and analytical skills. Effective time management skills and attention to detail. Experienced in using the Microsoft Office Suite: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel. What would also be good: Dynamic, enthusiastic and charismatic personality with polished presentation skills. Previous Account Management and Strategic Business Development experience in the Localization industry is a plus. Notes: You will be working from home on a full time basis. Financial package includes monthly basic salary plus a biannual commission based on performance. Business travel expenses are covered separately.
