IT Business Partner - Procurement Operations (all genders)

This role is located in Wroclaw with a possibility to work in hybrid model 3 days from home. In this role, you will act as a global strategic partner in all related IT matters and IT projects. You will be responsible for the process and knowledge-based demand management and program management, as well as provide expertise for sector-specific/local applications (where applicable). You will help build and maintain long-term strategic IT roadmaps and provide technological advisory. You will also orchestrate the full project portfolio lifecycle and ensure its successful execution and business value on top of providing transparency on project financials (E.g. Budgets, Forecasts, Actuals, etc.). You will also be required to provide both functional & technical subject matter expertise for: Processes, Data and Systems. The process responsibility for this role are: Travel & Expense Management, Operational Purchasing (Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receiving), Accounts Payable and digital collaboration with vendors (E.g. Purchase Order dispatch methods, Electronic Invoicing, etc.). You will work with key business stakeholders within Poland, Germany and Manila. This is a strategic role, where you will be comfortable leading change, identifying innovation opportunities/trends, identifying value that technology is delivering for the business and shaping the future IT roadmap. The role will focus more on having responsibility for a portfolio of projects vs. acting as a day-to-day IT Project Manager. Who you are: 7+ years experience working in the same or equivalent (strategic) role ideally covering Indirect procurement, Accounts Payable and Travel & expense, Operational Purchasing and Vendor collaboration preferably within the industries of either Pharmaceutical, Chemical or Life Science.Experience with IT Project Portfolio management and Management of IT roadmaps, heatmaps and IT Strategy would be highly desired.Experience with projects on a global level.Well versed on latest trends and digital advancements for Procurement Operations (E.g. AI, Machine Learning, Process Orchestration, Process Mining, Government E-Invoicing, Data Visualization, etc.).A plus would be having working experience with: SAP ERP, Ariba, Concur, OpenText VIM (or related Enterprise applications).A creative, open- minded individual who can work pro-actively and manage multiple projects in parallel.Comfortable working in a team where fellow colleagues and your manager sits in a different time zone.STRONG COMMUNICATION: Proficient in English, good with “story-telling” (E.g. explaining business value with a technology roadmap), comfortable presenting to Senior Leadership, skillful managing through ambiguity and conflict. Information on how we process your personal data for recruitment purposes, you can find on the registration form in our Recruitment Portal.
