Our clients specializes in the manufacturing of plastic. With manufacturing facilities in Poland, it is a dynamic and growing organization. In Poland, there is a team of 30 dedicated professionals.   We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with expertise in injection molding, molds, and blow extrusion to join our team. The Production Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing production operations in Poland, focusing on technical proficiency in plastic injection and blow extrusion processes. This role requires a hands-on approach, with a strong emphasis on production planning and day-to-day involvement in factory operations. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a factory environment and values direct engagement with the production process.   Key Responsibilities:   Lead and supervise production activities in Poland, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to quality standards. Maintain regular communication with our team in Spain to address production-related issues and resolve them efficiently. Manage and mentor a team of production professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Troubleshoot and find solutions for technical mold-related issues. Act as a problem-solving resource for production incidents and challenges. Oversee project engineering activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Effective personnel management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Requirements: Qualifications:   Technical background with expertise in plastic injection and blow extrusion processes. Strong project management and leadership skills. Problem-solving aptitude, especially in mold and production-related issues. Experience managing production teams and driving performance improvements. Fluent in English with native-level proficiency in Polish. Strong communication skills for daily coordination with international teams. Willingness to occasionally travel to neighboring countries, such as the Czech Republic.   Benefits:   Polish employment contract.
