Partner Cloud Evangelist - Global Enablement

Job Description An excellent opportunity to be a key team contributor in the highly dynamic Dynatrace partner business. The individual will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical support and expert guidance on our joint partner driven cloud offerings as well as driving the enablement of cloud relevant partners and up levelling the maturity of Dynatrace knowledge within our Global partner base. This role will also involve delivering technical enablement to our global partner base and developing new content. Purpose of the role: Shared responsibility for delivery of technical partner training of Dynatrace Partners, covering both on-boarding and solution update training Ability to showcase and build Demo/lab capabilities of Dynatrace software offerings live to potential and existing partners Shared responsibility to enable the sales & pre-sales teams of Dynatrace partners to a baseline understanding of how Dynatrace offerings can solve the complex challenges of managing the enterprise cloud Develop strong and lasting relationships with key sales, pre-sales, and delivery resources within the partner account Maintain and continuously develop technical knowledge. Share knowledge across the team and continuously develop and enhance personal and team capabilities Qualifications To ensure your success as a Partner Cloud Evangelist at Dynatrace, you need to be an ambitious, confident and self-motivated individual, with previous SE experience or another technical customer facing role.  You need to be passionate about innovative technology, technical sales and articulating value to customers and prospects.  In addition, we are also looking for: Ideally 3-4 years’ experience in a Presale or Services role. An excellent team player, with the ability to work across all disciplines. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical value into business value. Ideally have previous 3 – 5 years of experience working with Java, .NET, PHP or JavaScript languages and are knowledgeable around web technologies as well as SQL. Experience and knows the way around typical OS’s including Windows & Linux. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues to produce a working outcome and be able to manage this process. Must have a strong desire to grow professionally, adapt to an ever- changing environment and are coachable. Must be fluent in English.
