All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.Dare to make an impact?     YOUR ROLE Executing sales strategy and develops action plans for area of responsibility (South Poland and Łódź Province) in line with strategic prioritiesCoordinating execution of customer roadmap and ensures closure of CRM projects Actively managing implementation of price strategy in the region in southern Poland and Łódzkie ProvinceBuilding and maintains solid relationships with customers in the assigned territoryDriving implementation of key strategic initiatives in sales areaDelivering sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC % and / or GP% targets) in sales areaLeading, coaching and mentoring sales team members and ensureing their respective education and developmentEnsuring efficient geographical coverage and cross-selling opportunities to achieve full business potential (sales and profit) Coordinating tasks between key interfaces and ensuring fulfillment of administrative tasks Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain etc. to ensure full internal support for sales team Ensuring compliant execution of sales processes (e.g. pricing, customer data management)Providing sales forecast for the sales area and monitoring key KPIsManaging relationships and plans with distribution partners, monitoring their financial performance YOUR SKILLSSix or more years of relevant professional experience in technical B2B salesPreferred technical and sales knowledge or experience in various industriesAbility and experience in managing a team Good knowledge of EnglishExcellent Negotiation, Selling and Presenting SkillsExcellent communication and people skillsGood planning and organisational skillsAn analytical approach to managing sales and targetsSkills to promote digital competence in salesSkills to territory portfolio management and value sellingSuccessfully completed master's degree in engineering or another technical field  Henkel is an equal opportunity employer.
