You'll work closely with our product- and development team, leveraging your experience in software development to bridge the gap between technical possibilities and product vision.Key Responsibilities:Ticket Management: Create and organize tickets in alignment with our product roadmap, ensuring clear and concise descriptions for development tasks.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth and efficient product development.Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing the needs of stakeholders with the capacity of the development team.  Feedback Integration: Act as a liaison between customers, stakeholders, and the development team, incorporating feedback into the development process.Testing: Ensure the highest quality of our platform by conducting thorough QA sessions.Approximate Salary: PLN 7000 - 17800 – net/month – B2BApproximate Salary: PLN 5700 - 15000 – gross/month – Permanent contractWould you like to support us in this?         BenefitsAbove-average compensation: Our employees receive both vacation and Christmas bonuses, as well as capital building benefits.Great working atmosphere: The interaction among each other is very collegial and familiar. The entire company's communication is in English only.You have completed a (technical) university degree or an IT-related apprenticeship, are self-taught, or have gained experience in an agency or self-employed job.Understanding of Software Development Processes: While you do not need to code, a foundational understanding of software development practices and principles is essential. This enables effective communication with the development team and a better grasp of the technical feasibility of proposed features. Quality Assurance Awareness: While not directly executing tests, understanding QA processes and the importance of thorough testing before release is beneficial. Agile and Scrum Mastery: Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies and familiarity with Scrum practices. You understand how to manage and prioritize a product backlog to align with business goals and user needs. Technical Familiarity: Knowledge of technology trends and the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly. Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools is highly desirable.
