If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match. Come and join us at Renault Trucks (Volvo Group) – we are now hiring a Business Controller located at our headquarters near Warsaw.ResponsibilitiesProviding reliable managerial information & insights to Renault Trucks Poland Management Team, advising on operational and strategic decision makingAnalyzing financial & commercial performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions Preparing business plans and forecasts in close cooperation with business partners Supervising month end closing process Reporting financial results to Renault Trucks and Volvo Group Headquarters – including variance analysis and comments (P&L, balance sheet, cash performance)Ensuring compliance of financial reports and business processes with Volvo Group policies and internal control standardsSupporting Finance Director in finance, digital and investment projects Cooperation with Renault Trucks HQ and Volvo Group Financial Control & Accounting team Cooperation with auditorsRequired knowledge and experienceHigher education (preferably finance / economic profile) Minimum 2 years of professional experience as Finance / Business Controller Good business acumen & understanding, proactivity, problem solving attitudeStrong communication skills (English and Polish), ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise wayEffectiveness, reliability, well organized with ability to prioritize tasksVery good knowledge of MS Office – especially MS Excel and PowerPoint,Experience with SAP and Power BI will be an assetWhat’s in it for you?
