Our client is the General Contractor , a global player with Japanese roots, offering economic and ecological 'turnkey' construction along with design and engineering services . Over the past 30 years, the company has successfully operated in the Polish market, serving as a partner in 13 European countries . Due to expansion, we are looking for candidates for the position of:     Deputy General Manager Company Headquarters: Wroclaw   The job requires you to show up at the company's headquarters once in a while. In addition, the work takes place all over the country.     We are seeking a person with strong business development skills , especially in dealing with global companies in Poland. The main tasks include creating and maintaining a personal network , actively engaging in acquiring new clients , and actively monitoring the latest industry news and market trends. Identifying new business development opportunities through active monitoring of market changes. Developing revenue forecasts, profit generation strategies , and identifying areas for improvement. Efficiently managing the customer conversion process from lead acquisition to transaction finalization. Acting as a company ambassador to various stakeholders, subcontractors, and architectural firms. Conduct business trips within the country 2–3 days a week according to business development needs. This also applies to other European countries.  Operating independently within the company with full support from other departments. Collaborating with the Chief Executive Officer for a consolidated approach to management and achieving business goals.   Wymagania Requirements:   Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction industry, in a similar position. Documented knowledge and experience in all aspects of business management. Strong sales awareness , deep understanding, and connections in the global and local construction market. Higher education (civil, electrical, mechanical) or business management.
