We are waiting for your CV! what we offer A competitive salary that matches your skills and experience Contract of employment A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a benefits platform  Continuous learning and development opportunities, including training programs and workshops A hybrid model of work in the modern office in the center of Poznań your tasks Working closely with the Director of Global Logistics and the inventory control departments, including their management teams and interfaces with Commercial Controlling, Corporate Controlling, and Finance/Accounting Responsibility for group-wide portfolio valuation, where applicable in accordance with national regulations, and group-wide intercompany profit minimization Establishing, expanding, supporting, and commenting on a meaningful key figure system for the group-wide Inventory & WH processes with corresponding analysis of the qualitative and quantitative performance and the associated cash flows Coordinating and controlling group processes for the production of planning and forecasting data and regular reporting Collaborating and providing business support for Inventory & WH projects to ensure resource-efficient design and implementation Business consulting, in particular, supports profitability analyses in the context of business cases and related investment projects Providing support in the creation of alternative financial year scenarios: support with customs and tax issues, all monthly and annual financial statements work in connection with Group inventories Good knowledge of JDE programs, spreadsheets, and processes as a basis for daily workflows, including interface with Key User Warehouse Responsible for inventory processes and the related commercial and tax requirements, including supervision of the permanent inventory and key date checks of the worldwide logistics locations Allocating logistics costs appropriately to cost units (cost centers, business units, products, customers) to increase transparency in reporting what we expect You have a degree in business administration or economics, ideally with a focus on controlling You have experience in a production company You are a team player with a communicative, engaging personality and a confident demeanor even in challenging situations You have an analytical and methodical approach to problems, development, and implementation of target-oriented solutions and improvements that meet the needs of the target group You have experience in logistics processes in an international context as well as in the context of customs and tax aspects You have advanced knowledge of cost and performance accounting, investment evaluation, and the associated ERP and analysis systems (JDE, BI, Thinking Networks - nice to have) You have in-depth knowledge of the relevant inventory valuation regulations under commercial and tax law You are independent and confident in presenting content for all management levels You have very good knowledge of English The position requires the willingness to travel internationally (to Germany once a month) Employment agency entry number 47 this job offer is intended for people over 18 years of age
