We are looking for someone with a proven track record in successfully scoping and driving internal strategic improvement initiatives in large, diverse, and dynamic enterprise organizations.How to contribute to our vision We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can play a crucial role in driving business transformation within our Offshore Construction Excellence Team. Our focus is on the implementation of efficient and effective processes, fostering a culture of operational excellence, and spearheading digital transformation.Your responsibilities will be the following:You will scope, and lead internal projects and initiatives within Offshore Constructions organization, and you will run internal improvement projectsTracking projects progress, adoption rate of intended changes, identifying risks and proactively implementing mitigation measuresYou will collaborate across many different departments and offshore project teamsYou will develop, implement, and own change management frameworkCreating and delivering clear and compelling communication plan and materials for diverse audience. Collaborate and support senior management to provide data-driven insights and support for decision makingFacilitate and prepare workshops, meetings, and training sessions for various stakeholders.Drives and supports Business Excellence activities to continuously improve business performance in the defined area of responsibility. Drives and supports analysis of strengths and weak points of current business, identifies improvement areas and supports coordinated target setting across functions.Contributes to further development of methods and tools of the top+ Toolbox and related guidelines as a subject matter expert.Facilitates best practice sharing in his organizational unit and beyond. Provides transparency on status and progress and contributes to reporting and communication.What you need to make a difference Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for a self-motivated team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills.You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment.Preferably, you have several years of experience from Management Consulting, Quality Management Processes, Internal Projects Management, Project Management Coordination and Lean Project Management from large enterprise organizations.Preferably, you have technical background or good understanding of technical problems. Having additional economical education will be an advantage.As an ideal candidate, additionally you have:5+ years of relevant experience in project management / program management / product management, quality management, lean project managementDemonstrated proficiency in leading internal business transformation in large enterprise organizationsExpertise in change managementExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiencesProficiency in creating visually appealing presentations and reportsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing prioritiesExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectivelyEvaluating a business’s operations to analyze their cost and efficiencyHelping to develop project plans and ensuring their timely completionAnalyzing an organization’s large data sets to provide actionable insightsBudgeting and conducting financial analysisRecommending process improvements to increase a business’s efficiencyImplements PM and PMO guidelines and processesAdministers and ensures adherence of PM policies, guidelines, programs and standards.Coordinates and decides upcoming resource requests for projects, to optimize staff utilization.Analyzes workflow environment and proposes improvements in PM operations.Ensures effective cooperation with stakeholders; clarifies organizational issues.Strong Analytical Skills.Knowledge on Budget and Finance would be added advantage.It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment.
