  • Develop and implement strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and develop top talents.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management and employee relations matters.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for employees on HR-related matters.

  • At least Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Min. 8 years of experience in human resources or people operations, with min. 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
