Sales Manager (Polish and Spanish speaker)

As a Sales Manager, you will be the key leader in our sales team, responsible for driving the growth and success of our company in the Polish market. We are seeking someone with experience in SaaS, software, or marketing services sales, as well as exceptional skills in team management and interdepartmental coordination. The Role ·       Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets. ·       Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and ongoing support. ·       Coordinate closely with the post-sales team to ensure an exceptional customer experience. ·       Identify market opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients. ·       Analyze data and metrics to inform strategic and tactical decisions. Ideal Profile ·       3-4 years of proven experience in a similar role within SaaS, software, marketing services, or a similar industry ·       Fluency in Spanish and Polish, both spoken and written. ·       Fluency in English would be an added value.
