IT Finance Coordinator

1. Support annual budgeting and monthly financial reporting, maintain effective relationships and communication with IT Directors and other personnel as appropriate to help ensure proper level of support and accuracy.
2. Work within the ITFM team to ensure all Capital expenditure and Opex for Technology for the whole of Bunge is reported completely and accurately and variances against budget/forecast are meaningfully explained.
3. Provide meaningful and insightful cost variance analysis, by Technology Tower and Expense Category into Europe and Asia IT spend and help seeing opportunities to optimize spend value.
4. Work closely with the Europe and Asia IT/SG&A and Controlling local teams to ensure Opex reports for the region are accurate and timely accounted for and reported.
5. Ensure effective spend management, communicate risks and mitigation plans to adhere to budget and benefit achievement.
6. Identify, discuss and support the implement financial process and control improvements, including the use of automated solutions.
7. Engage in Special Projects as needed. Support appraisal of Project Investment Spend.
8. Contract portfolio management and manage renewal cycles.
9. Provide analysis on usage of some of the company high value assets
10. Manage IT Investments approval forms

• BS or BA in Finance or Business (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or IT i with budget responsibilities,
• Experience in IT Finance
• Experience working on an international environment and with teams and stakeholders in multiple geographies
• Proficient in with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, experience with financial planning systems (e.g. Oracle / Hyperion, IBM / Cognos TM1, SAP / BPC, Anaplan) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Continuous operational improvement methodologies experience, a plus
• Fluent in English; Polish and Spanish are a plus
