Senior FP&A Analyst

For our client an international company in the process of establishing a new Shared Services Center in Kraków, we are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with the ability to drive financial performance and provide strategic insights to support their business objectives. Responsibilities: perform monthly performance management cycles, including business forecasts, actual analysis, and reporting activities, collaborate closely with business unit leaders in sales, marketing, and supply chain to provide strategic finance support and insights, develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes, create presentations and forecasts for senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of financial performance and strategic initiatives, drive continuous improvement initiatives in management reporting and financial planning processes, including standardization and automation efforts, conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support various business initiatives and projects. Requirements: minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within an SSC or multinational company environment, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A professional certification (ACCA, CIMA) is highly preferred, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and the use of financial software, fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
