Your responsibilities As Green Capital is rapidly growing and looking for new investment opportunities, we are looking for a talented candidate to join the newly established M&A team. As a Manager in M&A team you will co-lead M&A deals in the CEE and beyond, and work directly with Chief Investment Officer. TASK DESCRIPTION The Manager will contribute to all phases of the M&A deal cycle, including project origination, structuring, execution, implementation and monitoring. Location - Gdynia The role is multifaceted with key tasks: Financial modeling and analysis, Knowledge about the PV permitting process, Information gathering and drafting of Teasers, Information Memorandums, Collection of documents related to projects being sold (feed to sell-side data rooms), Analysis of due-diligence info packs (in the buy-side deals) including project and market information to analyse and quantify potential risks related to the proposed project, Identification of potential investors for RE-projects disposals, Identification of potential acquisition targets / business development projects, Support in the selection of advisors, primarily M&A-teams and lawyers, Support in negotiations of transaction agreements. Our requirements Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in RES assets-rotation IPP business, corporate finance / investment banking, M&A boutiques, Academic background being BSc or MSc in Finance and/or Economics preferably with a specialization in Finance, International M&A experience is considered meriting, Analytical mind with high numerical skills and highly structured, Strong financial modelling and M&A deal-documents drafting, Ability to work effectively as a team member and to deadlines, Good written and oral communication skills in English, Communication- and “people” skills, Trouble shooter and problem solver with a genuine interest in deal-making, Curious and proactive team-player, Fluent in Polish and English, Exposure to energy sector, understanding of energy markets dynamics and new technological trends would be a plus.
