Salesforce Project Manager (AC)

Job Description We're looking for a Salesforce Operations Specialist/Salesforce Project Manager , the role involves overseeing and organizing all Salesforce development endeavors. This individual collaborates closely with the Product Owner and broader portal team, assisting with various development tasks like prioritizing internal support inquiries, refining stories, managing stakeholder feedback, scheduling user acceptance testing (UAT), and maintaining development and training materials.  The ideal candidate possesses Salesforce experience and a solid grasp of project management fundamentals. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Partner Portal team to maintain an updated and pertinent backlog. Assist in managing daily Salesforce operations by prioritizing incoming requests. Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and external vendors to ensure sprint progress. Arrange User Acceptance Testing (UAT) schedules in coordination with internal teams and stakeholders. Work alongside Partner Operations to facilitate deployment and process adjustments. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalations related to partner support tickets (L2 POC). Provide assistance with Salesforce reporting needs and requests. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience in either Salesforce development or project management . Strong understanding of Salesforce and project management fundamentals. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities . Outstanding written and verbal communication proficiencies. Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. Preference for Salesforce Developer certification . Preference for Salesforce Project Manager certification . Optional Salesforce Admin certification. Knowledge of English language at a B2/C1 level .
