Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities, organisational skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Tasks Customer Outreach: Initiate calls to customers to offer assistance, resolve issues, and provide product or service information. Understand and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and empathetically. Collaborate with a multicultural, dynamic, and enthusiastic remote team. Requirements Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities, a customer-centric approach, flexibility in working hours, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
